TITLE:  Criminal Investigation I

Credit Hours: 3
Description: This class introduces the student majoring in Criminal Justice to the history and evolution of criminal investigation, the legal aspects of investigation, and basic crime-scene techniques including crime scene searches, photography and sketching, interviewing, the collection and preservation of physical evidence, and property crimes. Open only to Criminal Justice majors. Prerequisites: CJ202 - Criminal Law. Additional Prerequisites / Conditions: CJ202 must have C or better or instructor's permission.
